Kingston actually doesn't have drivers. Their SSD use Win 7 drivers. I contacted them and they don't have firmware update either.
The technician suggested that I disable turning off the drive in sleep mode since their is no spinning platters...which makes sense. On the other end it bothers me since I think it would not turn the other regular drives off.
Anyway it tried and it sorta helped but not really, still getting BSOD
I contacted Kingston again and they seem to have a great policy regarding drives issues, here is their response:
Then the drive should be replaced or re[paired. Please provide the numbers off the drive that resemble these 993333-444.A00LF. Accuracy in reading this information is important please. I will then authorize a replacement or repair for you.
