    Windows 7 Ultimate x86 - BSOD

    Hi Guys,
i am new to this forum and i am looking for some help please,
I have a laptop with Dual boot, W7 and XP both x86

The Windows 7 Keeps getting a BSOD and the 0x code keeps changing,
It was originally 0xA, 0x8E, i have ran AVG 2011, it found a trojan horse agent x.jk i think.

I have no idea what it could be after i have removed the Trojan and it loads fine in Safe Mode and the Windows XP os runs fine with no faults so i didnt think it would be hardware related,

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be or if you want any more info please give me a msg

    **UPDATE**
Disabled wireless and tried to uninstall drivers because on the xp os they kept crashing. When disabled and uninstalled in normal boot got another BSOD this time it was a 0x7E

Also windows is unable o connect to a windows service error pops up. It says it cam not connect to security centre service. Stops normal users logging in but admins can still. Os crashes before can get to event viewer to see service name

    Hello,

Please run: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

When verifier has caused a BSOD, upload a full jcgriff2 report: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Hi This is the BSOD Tool that you have requested me to run on my machine

Update - i have also ran the Driver Verifier and i do not have a OS now, it seems to have removed the dual boot option, so i can not get into OS at the moment - will update when i can get it to the OS again,

    Thanks,
    bobton

You may try booting into Safe Mode, disabling driver verifier, and rebooting into normal mode. To boot back into your Windows 7 OS, and run driver verifier again.

Uninstall old version of AVG: AVG - Download tools

Install the latest version or replace with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
