Random freezing and Tons of bsods

I have set up the kernel dump, ATK0110 utility and ran the driver verifier. I have attached the System Health Report and BSOD Dump & System File Collection. Here are my system specs:

- x86
- Windows XP
- I bought the OEM version of Windows 7.
- 6 years
- Two weeks

Update - My computer takes five min. to load up. What does this mean?

Looks like you need to update your BIOS, but unfortunately I can't get on the ASUS site to provide you with the link.

This is where it will be ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe but for some reason it's not loading.

Where is the kernel dump folder? (I am using safe mode.) I am going to do a system restore to when it worked.

Update - I have installed all the latest updates for my motherboard. When i looked at my device manager it shows errors. I have attached the image of the device manager errors. What does this mean?

It means that either the device isn't installed or it's missing the drivers. You can uninstall all the ones with the yellow exclamation and then reboot. If Windows needs it, it will re-install the drivers.

Are you still experiencing crashes?

I don't have any sound crashes, at the moment. But now I just found out that I have a really bad virus. Windows Action center said it found it. Its called TDSSserv.sys. I read online that it causes crashes and freezing. This could be my problem. How do I remove it?
