    BSOD after system restore

I just did the Dell System Restore, and I backed up all my documents to an external hard drive. I redid the windows setup, but then it blue screened on me with iastor.sys mentioned on the readout before my computer reboots itself. is there anything i can do?

    x64
    OEM
about 1 year (according to dell restore point)

as a side note, i ran tdsskiller, and now it's back up and running. but my libraries aren't connected. i try clicking on them and they say "'Documents.library-ms' is no longer working. This folder can safely be deleted from your computer. Folders that have been included will not be affected"

This confirms malware activity on your system, run SFC to fix any corrupt system files
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
