Two BSOD errors and possible Trojans

I have a problem with my Toshiba Satellite A305-S6905 (running with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6400 @ 2.00GHz), which initially came preinstalled with Windows Vista 32-bit, and was upgraded to Windows 7 Professional 32-bit (almost a year since the upgrade). A few days ago, it was fully functioning. However, I downloaded an xvid codec or something similar, which also downloaded ClickPotato in order to watch a movie online. First my speakers started going haywire, and upon removal of the just downloaded files, BSOD appeared. It restarted, and I continued to receive the black screen with "Windows failed to start" and an error code of 0x000000a0 [0x00000001, 0x00000000, etc]. I learned that that particular code dealt with internal power, but even after taking several suggestions, no solution was obtained. I have a Windows 7 recovery disc that I burned from a website and which has saved me in the past, however, not this time. The most it was able to do was allow Windows to start and give me access to my laptop (which, I guess is a save in a way). When using the internet (Mozilla Firefox), random internet tabs would open with websites that were completely unrelated to anything I was searching. In Google, the "auto finish" would be far off from what I planned to type. I've gotten several broken links as well. Upon shutdown, or an attempt to shutdown, BSOD appears and does the whole "crash dump", thus restarting the laptop..even though I'm trying to shut it off. Sometimes, not all the time, I'll get the "Windows failed to start" black screen, and be forced to boot from my Recovery Disc..which 6/10 times, wouldn't work and I would have to repeat the process.

I do not have the Windows 7 installation disc in my possession, nor am I able to obtain it since my laptop was upgraded by a close relative of mine who, unfortunately, no longer lives near me. I've run Malwarebyte's Antimalware, Spybot, and CCleaner. A few trojans were found. Something called "click.giftload" constantly pops up in Spybot. I've removed it, but upon reboot, it returns. Even deleting from the registry doesn't work. I've run an ESET online scanner, which has found MULTIPLE trojans and removed them (I can list them should anyone ask), yet still not of help. Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm willing to go through whatever treacherous steps are required to fix my laptop. I understand that a clean re-installation of Windows 7 would be easiest; however, seeing as how I do not have the CD in my possession, that is not an option. Also, a factory restore, at least to my knowledge, would restore it to Windows Vista--an undesirable state.

There are two separate BSODs that appear: one that tells me Stop Code: 0x000000a0 [irql_not_less_or_equal] and 0xc000000f (or something of that nature) [INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR]. I receive BSOD when attempting to shutdown, which upon reboot, tells me that "Windows failed to start" (yet I have the option of starting windows normally, which I find weird] and also BSOD occurred each time I attempted to run combofix. I've tried system restore. Every time I boot my laptop, I get a message that states: "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. A problem has caused windows to stop working correctly."

Sorry for the Chapter book--I'm just trying to be as detailed as possible. I'm a female, I can't help it, we talk a lot :)

Your system is corrupt, run SFC in safemode, SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Use Kaspersky rescue disk to neutralize all malware infections
Download Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10

If that fails get a Win7 DVD and do a Repair Install

I would be unable to do a Repair Install because my disc is with my distant relative (literally distant). I've asked friends before if they have an installation disc for Win7 32-bit, but like everyone else, they do not because they have purchased laptops that came pre-installed on.

The only disc I have is a Win7 Recovery Disc

A reinstall may be the only solution if the rescue disk cannot disinfect your system

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Thanks, I've tried the TDSSKiller and it crashes before it can even start with the whole Windows has encountered a problem etc. I've tried running it as an administrator, in safe mode...nada. I have removed Daemon Tools. It's been uninstalled for about two weeks now (according to my last System Restore point).
