Windows 7: System crashes and appears Bluescreen and system restarts :(

System crashes and appears Bluescreen and system restarts :(

I have purchased a new dell inspiron n5010 about 1 month back and i had several BSOD's. I've got Windows 7 home premium 64bits as originally installed OS in my system and it used to crash randomly.
Now i upgraded the system to windows 7 ultimate but still i my system crashes

And also my systems hangs then i have to shutdown the system through power button

Operating System: Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

I have also uploaded the dump files that received please do revive and help me.

I am waiting for your kind response and help

i uploaded the 10 dump files in the .rar file which i got after reinstalling the windows 7. i am uploading the last 3 files that i received again.

A friend in my other post suggested to update Realtek software i did and my system crashed again here are BSOD and pc health file and i can't see Realtek hardware in the Device Manager.

Kindly suggest something

I don't know why my system is crashing and freezing so much i searched online so much but end with up with nothing if anybody over here have any idea kindly do reply

I see that the Eset security that your using is incompatible with your version of windows..
What anti-virus software you have installed on this machine?

I have installed Eset Nod32 on my machine but my system crashed even when i installed fresh windows on it with no anti virus or drivers installed on it.
