BSOD on my brand new Asus laptop I had 3 of them in about 1 month, i ran memtest for about 8-9 passes and it reported all ok, no errors. The first of them was about some bad driver, the second about an program "conectify", but this one looks kinda strange... i can't figure it out, so maybe you guys can have a look at it.

Actually, the issue you're seeing is a problem in tcpip.sys, and it's fixed in Windows 7 SP1. You should install SP1 and update your network card drivers (to be safe, of course), and the problem should go away. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Z400 workstation OS Windows Server 2008 R2 CPU Intel Xeon 3550 @3.06GHz Motherboard HP Memory 16GB DDR3 Graphics Card Nvidia Quadro 600 Sound Card Realtek ALC262 Monitor(s) Displays 2x Hanns-G HG281 Screen Resolution 1920x1200 Keyboard Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 7000 Mouse Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 PSU HP Case HP Hard Drives 1x Samsung 160GB SSD

At some point in the future, you may benefit from shucking the sponsors' bloatware and useless factory utilities (which have better versions built into Windows 7) by clean reinstalling Windows 7 to get it's unbridled native performance: Clean Reinstall steps | My System Specs | | |

I'm not a fan of OS reinstalling very often, i like to keep my system as clean as possible, that's the reason why i don't install any unnecessary stuff. Also, i have just installed the OS about a month ago, when i got the laptop, so i really don't see the need of reinstalling it that quickly...
On my desk pc, i have the OS running for about 2 years now and it performs excellent for my old rig, check my system specs. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Made with Great Performance OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 CPU Pentium Dual Core E6600 3Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte P41T-D3P Memory Kingston 4GB DDR3 1066MHz Graphics Card Asus nVidia GeForce GT440 Sound Card Genius 5.1 Sound Maker Monitor(s) Displays Samsung SyncMaster SA350 + Samsung 32EH5000 Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Full HD Keyboard Microsoft Wired Keyboard 600 Mouse Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 1000 PSU Inter-Tech Energon 650W Case Nexus Prominent 5 Cooling 5x120mm Fans @ 700RPM + Zerotherm Fanless BTF95 CPU Cooler Hard Drives 1x 640GB Western Digital SATA
