    Locked up, and thats it

I think I should update my sis info, but for now give ya a quickie in sys spec...

    AMD Phenom X6 2.8ghz
    16gb ram
    10k 300gb hd
    1TB internal
    1gb Radeon HD 6800

I am using this Pc normally as a media center, from online live broadcasting to editing video and converting for broadcasting. I have been having infrequent lockups, especially when I have a few programs going, its not odd that I do. For example today I was broadcasting live on justin tv, and had adobe flash media encoder open, with a single chrome browser, text editor, folder open, and IMTOO DVD ripper and converter. And I was converting a video file.

Not sure when thelockup happened as I was on another PC, and when I switched over (using KVM) is when I found it locked up, and for about 5 seconds could see the pointer fading away. Nothing I can do but hit the reset switch, nothing else worked.

Anyways I downloaded the system dump collector program and have attached the file. Thanks

PS last night went without any problems even with the IMTOO program on and converting thru the night hours, so really not sure what it is, hopefully the files will speak up.

Same thing happened today, broadcasting on justin.tv, and converting a video file, I switched to the other PC for a bit, then when I switched back saw it lock up. Going to reinstall W7 Pro (oem disk) tomorrow evening (had the 30 day version), so I am hoping it doesn't happen again.

    Third lock up BSOD HELP!

Locked up again last night, though wasnt broadcasting, but converting files with IMTOO DVD RIPPER, I had 9 dvds converting and it locked up midway, each taking about 45 min to convert.

Before running the conversion I ran a memtest86+ test and went thru to 84% (tired to leave it on) and stopped it as there were no errors.

I am attaching another SF dialog zip file as well as a BSOD file

Could someone please take a look at this, surprised no one has yet responded but myself.
