    Some TDSS malware may be the cause
    How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS (aka Tidserv, TDSServ, Alureon)?

    iaStor.sys is the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology driver, update it Intel® Driver Update Utility
    You have an old 1999 driver, Aspi32.SYS which is obsolete, it is used by programs made by Adaptec.
    Code:
    ASPI32.SYS        0x8f9fc000    0x8f9ffe40    0x00003e40    0x37d99842    11/09/1999 03:46:10
    Code:

    *                                                                             *

    You may ignore the old 1999 driver, the logs show that your system was indeed infected and cured :)
