Windows 7: Multiple BSOD help me please!!!!

Hi my first post here

my PC is constantly crashing and I am getting BSOD I have run a Ram test and it says it is fine also I have installed new drivers for everything I can think of.

I have had loads of errors reported in event viewer from bug check 0x0000003b to event 41 and others

I am at the end of my tether with this! Please help!

tried registry clean expert and clean out the fans, I have also changed the power setting on the DDR3 ram to 1.6 v. So far I have had less error messages and as yet no BSOD.

Please visit Windows Updates...Important Updates and install Service Pack 1. Then get all updates after that.

Hi I updated the driver and I ran mem check 86 5 passes no errors

pc crashed again this morning 0x0000001e error and event 41

I will run the HD diagnostic this evening

I am running a malwarebytes scan now

I would prefer that you run one of the bootable hard drive tests because of the difficulties that you're having.
Please zip up and upload the latest memory dumps. You'll find them in C:\Windows\Minidump

Did the MalwareBytes scan find anything? If it didn't, you might try this to see if Norton's at fault:

installing avast now and I have removed Norton

Don't forget to run the bootable hard drive test.

The dump files still point at a hardware problem - making the hard drive test even more important.

I ran the samsung bootable test and the results said it was ok

BUT

this morning the PC froze and now it will not do anything won't boot up no signal on the monitor nothing

Can you boot from a bootable CD (such as the Samsung drive test)?
