    BSOD when entering sleep mode

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 (SP1). For the past few weeks every time I enter sleep mode I get the BSOD: 0x7E hiber_scsiport.sys. I have attached the BSOD files. Can anyone please help me fix this issue?

I don't see any BSOD in your event logs. The last BSOD I see is back in July 2010.

Are you running a legit copy of Windows?

    Code:
    \??\C:\Windows\GVTDrv64.sys
    Code:
    c:\program files (x86)\rivatuner v2.24 msi master overclocking arena 2009 edition\rivatuner64.sys
Start off by removing Gigabyte Easy Tune 6/Riva Tuner. It is a known BSOD maker in Windows 7.

I don't see Easy Tune 6 installed. The driver GVTDrv64.sys is still being loaded so it can cause issues. Go to C:\windows\system32\drivers and locate that file a delete it.

Try and get me a minidump so I can get a better idea as to what's going on

For some reason my Minidump folder is empty. I went into startup and recovery and selected the 'small memory dump' option (it was previously set to 'Kernel Memory Dump File'. I attempted to put my computer into sleep after that, but still got BSOD, and after restarting, the Minidump folder is still empty
Is there another way to access the Minidump file?
I also deleted Riva Tuner and Easy Tune 6. I couldn't find the 'GVTDrv64.sys' file in my downloads folder, instead I found it in the C:\Windows. Would it be the same file? (sorry for the noob question)

Yes. It is in C:\Windows. Delete it.

Are you running any system cleaners?

I am using ccleaner, however it is not set to scan automatically at startup, nor at shutdown. I even excluded my entire Windows folder, just to be safe, deleted the 'GVTDrv64.sys' file, and attempted to put the computer to sleep but still got BSOD, and after restarting, the minidump folder was still empty.
