Win7. Ultimate 32bit Explorer.exe?

Hey my first post.
When my mother changed the wallpaper and after a reboot the screen shows blank black. I can see the mouse but when i Ctrl + Alt + Delete, i go to Task Manager.
I make a new task called "explorer.exe". The desktop shows up.
I thought i fixed it now. I tried to restart.
Kaboom, blank again. How can i fix this??

Btw, when i turn on my laptop a folder opens.
Its Documents.
I know i can do this even if im 12

Hi JinRaziel123 and welcome to SF!
RunTask Manager, Goto, File > New Task (Run...) then a dialog should open up Type "Regedit" without quotes then search through:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Then look for a string called "Shell" double click then another dialog should open, in the field "Value Data" type "Explorer.exe", close regedit at the top of the "windows task manager". Restart, after restarting see if that works.
