I keep getting BSOD Bad_Pool_Header 0x00000019 and don't know how to open the minidumps, much less read them. Can someone help me?

    Remove any old AOL software
    Uninstall AVG and use MSE
    Code:
    wanatw4.sys 0x92617000 0x9261c020 0x00005020 0x3d343a62 16/07/2002 19:23:14
Upgrade to the latest version of Roxio, you are using an old incompatible version

looks as if removing aol, roxio, updating teamviewer and uninstalling avg did the trick. i then installed mse, but i starting getting all kinds of various "virus 2011" trying to install from various websites, even on the bing and google search pages. i just didnt feel as if mse was giving me the protection i needed so i installed the latest paid version of avg. so far, no bsod's! yay!
thank you all very much for your help!!!
