    Windows BSOD


    Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Retail

    Age of sofware less than a week
    Age of hardware 1 year 8months

    The last BSOD errorcode i remembered was 0x0000008e

    i didnt include the perfrmon report cause somehow it says it cannot find the file specified?

    These are all corrupt and un-readable. Can you give us more info about the crashes?

    Have you run a comprehensive virus check (malwarebytes)?

    Can you run a system file check?

    Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
    To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

    Let us know the results from the report at the end.

    I done a virus check with a registered malwarebytes, i ran a system file check and uploaded the results onto the attachments. now my computer is sometimes crashing without error like hard hang. i can still see my current screen

    I'd suspect a hardware issue, so let's start some tests.

    Run the three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

    Run Memtest86 for at least 7 or 8 passes: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Change your memory dump settings to "Kernel memory dump"; enter sysdm.cpl into the start menu, and navigate to Advanced > Startup and recovery.

    Ive done prime95 before for 9 hours, 8passes, 0 errors. im waiting for the system to bsod again then i'll upload the memory.dmp , since my minidumps are somehow corrupted. i'll run prime95 later on
