BSOD. And can't searching dump, its not safe.

hello all!
help me please, used vmware.
and today i see bsod when desktop loading.
dont know why.
screenshot:

dumps i cant found, its not safe.
but in option window all fine. i have allready all checked.
and dont know.
system on disk C.
virtual memory on C.

in safe mode i can logon and today in evening i'm well logon to normal mode in Windows 7 without bsod, but when in sturtup i'm click ctrl alt del and fast closed any programms. dont understand whats happen.

in system i have 6 GB , and in normal system no bsod all ok.
on vmware system(Win 7 32bit) 2GB RAM.

tell me please whats needed to do.

Kinda hard to follow what you're saying. Maybe type it in your language and I'll translate it.
