Windows 7 stuck on loading screen

Okey so about 1 month ago I got a HP Probook 6450b from my school and iv'e been using it for awhile but when Im being on the computer for awhile it lags and i have to unplug the battery to close it. But when i start it again it asks me to run the startup repair and it just search for problem for a long time until i close the computer or the battery runs out. It also hangs up at windows 7 loading screen and i cant get to safemode either. Since it is from school i dont have the w7 cd.

As you dont have windows 7 installer dvd, you can Download Windows 7 System Recovery Disc (32 bit , as your system specs says), burn it in a disk and boot from it ..... and run Startup Repair .

Wait how long it takes..... sometimes it takes a long time coz it makes a system scan at the same time . If still fails, try Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times .

It searches for windows installation, but not for a long time .

Is there a recovery partition in your computer? So you can attempt for a factory restore .

You may opt for Restore Defaults, but be careful, it will wipe up you disk !

    Hello,

Boot up your repair disc or installation DVD, select "Repair my computer", and open a command prompt. Enter:
    Code:
    chkdsk /r
    Also run hardware diagnostics:

    SeaTools for DOS | Seagate

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
