    ci.dll won't let me boot

Ok this is the second time this week.. I was using AA Editor and my computer just restarted out of the blue... Then it boots up into startup repair which says the root cause is due to a boot critical file d:\ci.dll is corrupt.. No it's not because of a virus it's because that AA Editor did something since this happened twice while using it.. I can't seem to get around it.. I just installed 7 like 3 days ago because of the same problem... Can someone please tell me how to fix this without reinstalling?

Run a startup repair and a sfc scan.

    Startup Repair

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If you cant get into windows, you can boot from the install dvd and run both of these.

Startup repair doesn't work and sfc scan doesnt work because you need to be in windows or safe mood which is impossible for me to go into to

Run sfc scan from the install dvd.
