    BSOD Kernel power issue

I've had two instances of unexpected power loss in the last 24 hours. Running Microsoft Security essentials for A/V, and have the Security Center and Windows Firewall disabled. I've attached the requested reports. Thanks for the help.

Update: Had a 3rd crash today. No idea whats going on.

These were blamed on netio.sys probably caused by a driver since netio.sys is an OS file.

I would run a system file check to verify your OS

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
    SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

AND driver verifier to find out which driver it truly is

I'd suggest that you first backup your stuff and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

    Then, here's the procedure:
    - Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
    - Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
    - Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
    - Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
    - Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

    Old driver needing update
    Code:
    SynTP.sys 4/26/2007 07:48:38 PM 0x91cbfe00 0x0002be00 0x46313a56 0x91c94000
    000.fcl 9/26/2008 09:11:12 AM 0x9602c000 0x0002c000 0x48dcdf70 0x96000000
    AGRSM.sys 11/10/2008 10:56:37 AM 0x9690c000 0x00106000 0x49184ba5 0x96806000
    netw5v32.sys 3/26/2009 12:10:37 PM 0x91c1d000 0x00413000 0x49cba8fd 0x9180a000
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Updated all outdated drivers, and there were a few with DriverGenius. I recently reformatted and I guess SP1 had some outdated drivers. Will post back if I encounter the issue again.

    Update
Ok. I uninstalled two devices that were giving errors in the System Health report. I had to enable view hidden devices in Device Manager. I ran the Health report again and now the only Driver failure is with an HP 2100 Laserjet, which is weird because I don't own an HP 2100 Laserjet. I have an HP 6000 Officejet printer and an HP Scanjet G3010 scanner, but no laserjet. The Health report says the 2100 is disabled, but it doesn't show up in Devices and Printers. I uninstalled that from Device Manager.

I've attached both Health reports. Hopefully, uninstalling both of those unknown devices and the HP 2100 driver thru Device Manager will solve the issue.

Also, I ran the SFC \SCANNOW and everything passed. Have not tried to Driver verified thing yet.
