Another Random Blue Screen Issue
Hi and thanks in advance to whoever takes the time to help me out.
I get a random BSOD somtimes idle (nothing running in the background) or sometimes playing games. What's weird is when I restart because of the BSOD, I never seem to BSOD again. Only until I restart the computer properly is when the BSOD usually happens.
I've replaced my CPU and video for the sake of upgrading (everything in my system specs is what I'm currently running). Didn't think it would solve anything, but was kinda hoping anyway. Kinda thinking it's a RAM or hard drive problem. I've run MemTest86+ latest version, ran it for 8 and half hours with no errors. I've run the SeaTools for Windows for my Seagate Harddrive. Both long and short test, both passing. And also ran CHKDSK from windows. Attached is the latest dump file along with the log from the CHKDSK if you don't believe me .
I've also run verifier.exe and I did BSOD because of a some ASUS driver, I believe. So I went to the ASUS site and updated almost everything. Ran the verifier again, and didn't BSOD. If you'd like to see the dump file from the verifier I can attach it.
Sorry for the wall of text, but I do research suggestions that you give to others and it feels like I've tried almost everything. So hopefully you can give me some insight from my dump files, because I don't know how to read them.
*Update* - Forgot to add that I'm running Microsoft Security Essentials. I was previously running McAfee.
*Update* - Noticed that I was running old version of Driver Sweeper. Upgraded to 3.0 and saw that I still had old AMD video drivers. Cleaned them out, so maybe this is the fix. Will update tomorrow.
Thank you.
