Ok So after all these tests and everything I believe that it was the Voltage issue that was causing all my problems. For some reason my motherboard defaulted to 1.65V even though both my Ram and CPU want 1.5V Ram. I took the Ram voltage off auto and set it to 1.5V and so far it has lasted longer than any time before when I thought it might be fixed. It has run 14 memtest passes over night, while it use to be hard pressed to get through 1 test without rebooting. It also ran for an hour last night doing the Blend test in prime95 which normally locked it up within a minute. I am currently running the Large FFT test which also locked it up, but its running fine. So I believe that was the answer.
If you have an Asus P8P67 Pro Motherboard and your RAM is specifically 1.5V like it should be for a sandy bridge chip, make sure the MOBO is set to 1.5V and isnt trying to over power your Ram. That fixed all my random restart and freezing issues.
