Most recently caused by pool_corruption (memory) probably caused by your Symantec.

I would remove symantec/norton and replace with Microsoft security essentials

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

    BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.

    verifier to a suspect driver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, the pool freelist is corrupt.
Arg2: fffff88000800630, the pool entry being checked.
Arg3: fffff88000800630, the read back flink freelist value (should be the same as 2).

Thanks for such a speedy reply!

I used to use Norton... However, I switched to avast!5 about six months ago. Should I use the removal tool as well as replace avast! with Microsoft Security Essentials?

Edit: I used the removal tool. It told me I had to remove Norton Utilities using add/remove programs first. I checked the list to remove it, but it wasn't there.
