       Information
BugCheck D1 - Usually Caused by : Memory, Pagefile or Device Drivers

    Most Likely Cause NETIO.SYS

       Note
This may take some time - Also if you Recieve any more Blue Screens then please Upload them as this will help find the Problem

First of all Please Uninstall Utorrent and then Check your Memory with Memtest

See Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool For More Information

Once that is done please Disable your Pagefile

Once that is done Open up Device Manger and then tell me if there are any Yellow Exclamation Marks or Red Crosses

Now finally run a full scan with your Anti-virus

Okay, I gave up on memory testing.
I do not see any issues with my drivers.
I disabled the pagefile and currently running virus scan.
FYI, I ran this before and it was fine and I only get crash when I use uTorrent.
Once I finish scan, I will give one more try with uTorrent without pagefile.
    Thanks,
    -Dan

    My computer is Dell XPS.
Josh, I did not have any issue before I upgrade my drivers.
I think one of my driver models are bad and I cannot pinpoint which one caused the crash. My virus can is almost done. so far, it is very clean.
I will post update soon again.
    thanks again for your help.

What Hardware or Driver did you Update?

How long did this start happening - I noticed you did have a Problem with a Networking Card or driver at the begining of this year

    Hi Josh,
    Here's update.
Okay, Virus testiing completed and nothing found.
I ran the Windows memory diagnostics tool and no problems have been detected.
I reinstalled uTorrent and it crashed again.
    this time I removed pagefile.
    Thanks,
