    Print screen crash

I am new here, If I am doing something wrong please correct me.

Whenever I try to take a screen shot, my whole computer will freeze, my mouse will not move, and the hard drive light stopes blinking. I can get away with using fraps and other screentaking programs, but, I believe, it is also affecting autocad inventor, which I recently purchased. When ever I open the program, it will begin to load, then it will lock up the same way it does for a screen shot. ITunes used to do this, but it started to work after the iTunes 10 update. I have had this problem for roughly 6 months. Using a restor point is not possible. I have tried this many times.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Ryan,

Before we can really dive in and help you it would be great if your System spec was filled out so the hardware you use is known. Without any further details your problem will be hard to pinpoint.

None, just normal window screen print.

To take screen shots, in battle field 1942, the best game ever, I use fraps. But I only use it for that. (i had to change the capture key, pushing prt scr in any window/ application, will freeze my computer.

Is the prt scr/ sysrq button crashing my computer and inventor crashing on loading related?

I appreciate your fast responce time :)
