BSOD (probably hardware)

Windows 7 x64 Home Premium

Q9450
Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti SOC (950)
4 GB DDR2 Kingston HyperX T1 Series DDR2-8500 1066 (@800 and @1066 crash even faster)
Asus P5Q (2208)

I did running ok @800 but when on @1066 5-5-5-15 2.2V it get errors but i am not sure if are ram or mobo
Also @800 ruining AIDA64 stability test it BSOD when on @1066 it even won't load win
Any way to test if is mobo ?

Its most probably the RAM, did you test it?

Yes i allready did (previous post)

on all 1066 it crash even before win load or when win loading

Tested with memtest+ (latest)
@800 no errors (1.8V is defualt) in win AIDA64 stability test crash it
@1066 auto timing errors (1.8V is defualt)
@1066 5-5-5-15 errors (1.8V is defualt)
@1666 5-5-5-15 2.2V errors


Dumb files show is hardware ? or drivers
