BSOD - don't know where to turn!

So I had a Dell XPS 730 that was starting to get unreliable - factory OC CPU failed when run at the factory speed. So upgraded to a home built 2600k that again was overclocked as a bundle.

The place I purchased this bundle heavily test the equipment to ensure stable overclock, however I am getting some annoying BSOD (at times random, or I can cause them - usually by playing Black Ops)

I have managed to save a dmp file and need somebody to decipher it to see if there are any glaring problems that might not lead to an unstable overclock.

Any help would be massively appreciated before I have to strip down this damn machine to send parts back for analysis!

I'll have a go at sending the dump. I do think - from research - that I have an overclock problem. Some people have suggested that it is a voltage issue with the CPU or ram yet no one has replied what the correct V should be for the CPU @ 4.5 ghz.

I also have 16gb of corsair xms3 ram. The corsair website states that the voltage for these sticks are 1.65v yet my system is running them around 1.55, could this be a cause of errors?
