Need some help facing BSOD!!!!

from yesterday i am facing random BSOD between my work and play. according to what i could get from the BSOD the errors were about bad_pool_caller, bad_pool_header, win32k.sys etc

i have not much idea about this and i dont want to do a reinstall of windows so i am wondering if there is a fix for this problem. i have uploaded the dump in a zip format as i see most experts requesting for it.

thanks in advance.

1-ASACPI.SYS a major cause of BSOD's in the 2005 and before rev.

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

2-SPTD.SYS is also a large cause, used by daemon tools and alcohol120

Remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done:DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview

OR

SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive

Well i uninstalled daemon tools and was just going to download the drivers but the bsod showed up and my pc wont give a display anymore. Also i want to tell that i have xp in dualboot so i was using it yesterday to check whether xp is also facing the error and yes xp too gave the bsod.

Is it a hardware error? I am using 2gb kingston ddr2 and 1 gb hcl ram
and my gpu is hd 5750 asus formula card.

One of these two was Related to USB Disk Security from ZBShareware. USB Disk Security provides 100% protection against any malicious programs trying to attack via USB drive. Note: Located in \%Program Files%\USB Disk Security\.

I would remove it to test,

Also (and really important) you have two of the top causes of BSOD's on your system

1-ASACPI.SYS a major cause of BSOD's in the 2005 (and before--yours 2004) rev.

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
