Windows 7: windows crashing randomly no bsod?

windows crashing randomly no bsod?

windows 7 64bit
8gigs ram
1gig nvidia geforce gpu
intel core 2 quad
asus cg5270 mother board
rocket fish 550watt psu



here are the minidump files and a perfmon report, the computer just crashes and reboots without a blue screen.
