I get this at work fairly frequently. Usually it seems to be the remnant of a virus infection - but more often than not it's harmless. There's something trying to access that location through Windows Explorer.
I'd suggest trying a couple of these free, online scans: Free Online AntiMalware Scanners (read the details at the link)
