I ran a Bugcheck Analysis on my most recent minidump and found this:

I'm assuming that atikmdag.sys is causing the issues that I am having. Does anyone know of a way to fix the issues with atikmdag.sys?

Its your AMD display driver which is the cause, either there is a problem with your RAM or the GPU itself

RAM - Test with Memtest86+
BC116 is the same as BC117
