    Htpc bsod

Hi guys - hope someone can help.

Installed fresh Win 7-64 on Acer Aspire X3950 u3022 with intel video (hdmi) and realtek audio. first installed all win 7 updates and downloaded latest intel vga drivers, and H57 express chipset drivers, Realtek audio and LAN drivers.
I have tried many installations attempts- with/without win7 updates, with/without acer stock drivers vs latest intel drivers...nothing has helped

Only problem I have is when I wake up from sleep if WMC if open, I get the BSOD. I have even tried Mce stand by Tool 0.9.0.2- looked like it helped at first, but back to BSOD, even after setting MST to close WMC before sleep and re-launch after wake up. Appreciate any helped. I've attached the required logs

Its 2011, would hope all of this would work. The HDMI cable out from the pc goes to Pioneer VST 820 receiver then from there to Sony BRavia LCD
    Thanks in Advance.

I would start off by installing all your updates. You are missing hundreds of them plus SP1.
Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

Report back if this solves the problem

    Tried SP1 before

I had tried done pretty much all the configurations of Win 7 and drivers...had done sp1 also previously but that didn't help. Can try again if you think that's the problem. After SP1 didn't help, I had reinstalled vanilla win7 and installed the latest drivers , which is where the crash dump file was generated. Can try SP1 again if you think it will help. btw, appreciate your help

Just to close the loop- in hopes to help someone else....after installing latest intel chipset, and vga drivers and upgrading to sp1, my sleep to wake BSOD seems to be fixed - at 48 hours now. Thanks to mgorman87 for the help.
