    Recovering from unexpected shutdown

I've been experiencing a problem that others have also discussed on here -- leaving the machine idle for a few hours and returning to find that it has shut itself down. Upon restarting, windows 7 displays a "Your computer has recovered from an unexpected shutdown" message. I know absolutely nothing about debugging, so if anyone on here can tell me what to do with the files in the /minidump folder I would be greatly appreciative. Or, if someone can make sense of the memory dump files for me, that would be great too.

If other system or crash information would be required to analyze my problem, I can attempt to provide that as well.

    List your system Specs.

Your zip file has 22 dump files starting Sept 2010, and nothing else.

Please follow these instructions, the other system information will help us to help you.
