BSOD Blue screen + backup problems

I am new here and don't really understand how to do this so forgive me if I do it wrong in the beginning!

I have several problems with my Windows 7N. Bluescreen minidump several times a day, cannot backup even when I use a backup program, + +

I have tried so many things but still I have the problems. The problem I would like to get a solution to first is the Blue screen crashes. Have anyone made a fix to download? I have seen that many recommend different PC-programs to download but they cost money and I allready purchased some because they said that the programs could fix this problem and it's not true! How can I fix it without getting broke on the way?

    Hello resnor & welcome,

If you wish one of our specials to analyze your BSOD's please read below.

We DO require the DMP files to enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms.
Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery - Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    *OK.

    Uploading/copy of minidumps

I have done what I was told to do but this is my first time and I don't know how to find the copy so I can zip it and send it to you. Do you know an easy way to find it?
