    keep restarting windows explorer


    Hello friends.. First of all I would like to thank you all for viewing this thread and trying to help...:)

    I have some problems with my windows seven (Ultimate) x64 edition I'm using.The major problem is it keep restarting Windows Explorer time to time. It happens lots of times usually 7,8 times after I logged in..It does not happening ceaselessly but after sometime the first one.I downloaded the Windows Malicious Software removal tool but nothing found.Please can anyone help me out.What should I do?

    There are several ways to find what the problem is. The best is to go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search). Go to the windows log>application tab.

    You want to look for critical errors (they have red in the left column ).

    When you find them you want to look for critical errors that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.

    When you find them please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.

    Code:
    EventSystem   4621
    RasClient     20227
    Application Error  1000
    These EventSystem Errors are more common.
