    BSOD after launch MapleStory.exe


    It seem I have BSOD problem when I launch MapleSEA game application, well the game is running , but it will soon go to BSOD when I go to login screen~!

    Additional Note : I never meet this problem before even playing this game as I played this game for 4 years+........

    OS : Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit

    Any solution for this?And I very appreciate if someone can explain the solutions and the causes of the problem in an easier way as I not expert of computer things......But I willing to learn it!

    Edit : I use BlueScreenViewer to see the dump file and I found this is something related to :KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    I've been seeing a lot of people having problems with Maple Story lately. Don't have any rhyme or reason as to what is going on. Was there an update recently with the software?

    I already upload the full jcgriff2 report, and I already update the RealTek driver(but it will not shown in this report cuz I do the report first before I updating the driver)

    I choose not to update to sp1 first as this is not my desktop pc, it's my parents pc and I haven't ask for permission to update it as backup is needed~!

    About ur question, if the updating software u meant is MapleStory(Sea region), that I would say yes, I also suspecting the program,but my friend pc can play the game as normal.(With the almost same computer specs and OS using), so I suspecting maybe is the desktop pc problem........

    Every crash was the same. Doing a google search it appears that every person that has BSODs with Maple Story has the same BSOD buch check. If you see below, I highlighted some text in red. This is most likely due to faulty code in Maple Story and there's nothing you can do to fix it. I also read that Maple Story isn't compatible with Windows 7. Have you tried running it in XP compatibility mode?

    You can also try re-installing the game. Maybe it was a bad install.

    Please enable driver verifier and upload a new report if your computer BSODs again
