    no he lives about 15 mins away, not networking on my pc its just me alone

    If he is suffering the same stuttering it has to be something you both have installed. does the problem happen in safe mode?

    cant say as though ive tried it in safe mode, yeah he suffers from the stuttering to, ill try safe mode and see how i get on with it and let you know

    completely reset internet explorer to basics, put all the hdd turn offs off and it seems to be running perfect now ....

    dont even wanna upgrade to 9 i tried it and everything just went horribly wrong so i downgraded it lol
