Crash now stuck on a start-up repair loop

Hey. I was watching videos on youtube when my laptop just shutoff on me. So I try to churn it back on. But when I did it show start-up repair screen, telling me that windows couldn't not start-up. Later it tells me it couldn't fix the issue, from here I have two options.

    A. shut off, and then go back on this loop
    B. Go to advance option which has, command prompt, start up repair, system restore, system image recovery, windows Memory diagnostic.

This wouldn't be to much of issue, normaly if anything like this would happen I would just put my windows 7 cd to reinstall the os. But I have a acer aspire timelinex 3820gt which does not have a cd rom. I read something about the back thing which allows you to bring your laptop back to factory settings by press alt-f10 at the start up of your laptop. But it does not work, and I enable D2D so i don't know why that wont work.

Some other things I have try to do was.
-Run in safe mode (doesn't work, still brings me to start-up repair.)
-System restore (just says can't because some files are corrupt.)

This is what it says in startup-repair
    Problem Signature:
    Problem Even Name: StartupRepairOffline
    Problem signature01: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem signature02: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem signature03: unknown
    Problem signature04: 21200555
    Problem signature05: AutoFailover
    Problem signature06: 21
    Problem signature07: CorruptFile
    OS version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Thanks in advance
