    MapleStory Solutions Problem

Well, i looked a lot of forums & guides. Its still an error process to me. After i selected the game launcher, and it pops out -Check for solutions online, Run Program , Cancel-

What this suppose to be? I tried to Run the program with the 'Run Program' Button, After click on the server selection pages, and i had a dead Blue Screen.

What i've been tried is, MapleStory.EXE > Settings > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility for (Window XP Serverpack 3) > Run As Administrator > Apply > OK .

& Restarted , It Still the same. BLUE SCREEN .

Someone please help me with this problem.

IF you are getting BSOD's you will need to follow the directions below please.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

We DO require the DMP files to enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms.
Upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

*Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl Press Enter.
*Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery - Settings... button.
*Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
*Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kb) in the drop down box (the 256kb varies).
*Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    *OK.

The DMP's were split between two old drivers

Related to L1C62x86.sys L1c PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller from Atheros Communications, Inc.

Related to Mkd2kfNT.sys MyKeyDefense Keyboard Filter Driver from AhnLab, Inc.

    I would update those first

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

First it is a Maple Story problem and you should go to the developers site for the latest updates and patches. MapleStory - A Free Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game

Then take the name of the driver and google it. IE google L1C62x86.sys and go to the gigabit site for its update, do the same for the other.

Let us know if you have problems.

Again, it is a Maple Story issue and contacting them will help resolve the issue. Maple Story does not play well with win 7.
