Explorer.exe has been crashing a good deal and other problems

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.

Explorer.exe has been crashing a good deal and it's annoying me to no end. It occurs especially when I cut some files/folders and "click on" the explorer window I want to "paste" the files into. The appropriate error log will be listed in the next post.

Just to let you all know, this laptop had some problems when I received it: DRP infection caused by no antivirus software, which I promptly fixed by installing AVAST and scanning with AVAST + 5 other anti-malware and anti-virus tools. So far, no more viruses detected, just some mild malware(ad-tracking cookies and so on).

Then there're the bluescreen crashes but I'd like to get to those another time. I might have fixed most of them or not, there's no way to tell. I'd run driver verifier but that seems too risky. So far, the main indicator is some driver connected with the Realtek 8187b wireless lan.

There were also other error problems(IE crashing, bonjour errors, etc.) in Event manager but I fixed about 60% to 70% of them by uninstalling or disabling the softwares: bonjour, toshiba service centre, google toolbar(crashing IE), daemon tools(and that annoying sptd.sys) etc.

The pc also had a system restore done in safe mode. It said "failure, restore unsuccesful" but when I rebooted, it said the restore was successful. So far, I think it's just some minor files and folders which didn't transfer properly. There've been no sudden increase in amount of bsod or other crashes.

I've been uninstalling almost every software on this pc, in order to reduce amount of possible problems: combined community codec pack, games, software trials, etc. So far, I think most of the more critical problems are probably caused by the system and not anything else. I also installed ShellExView and reinstalled most of the programs which add a shell extension in Explorer.

I also ran sfc /scannow again. Found some errors and fixed them. ERrr, no idea how to read the sfc log.

And also, perfmon /report again. Earlier, there were quite a few problems found. This time round, the only "problem" was this unknown device which I disabled. I believe it's this mouse which was died shortly.
