    Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)_problem


    when im working as usual my system suddenly gets in to a blue screen and restarts again ...plzz guys resolve my problem plz.

    i have joined the attachment as mentioned

    SYSTEM MANUFACTURER/MODEL.NO: INTEL_ Model DG41RQ__
    O/S: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
    CPU: Intel Pentium (R) P4 Dual-Core CPU E5200 @2.50 GHz
    Motherboard: INTEL DG41
    Memory: 2GB DDR2
    Graphic card: Intel R G41 Express Chipset 3.5

    This is the cause. Uninstall the software
    K9 Web Protection
    Description:K9 Web Protection Driver
    Company:Blue Coat Systems, Inc.

    If you desire to keep the software, which looks like it may not be necessary this driver must be upadated
    bckd.sys
    Seven has Parental Controls built right in.

    Go to website of manufacturer to update the driver.
