1-2 week old laptop with BSOD

BSOD is now happening frequently! I'm not sure if this has any connection with BSOD but nowadays when laptop plays videos, screen gets grains and audio gets rusty atleast once when video played( not throughout the video but in some bits) also wifi adapter has been acting up as well

Recently my laptop has been starting up with startup repair opening it scanning for 15-20 minutes but it scans for nothing it dosent even say it was succesful then it goes directly to windows repair help with the restore, wipe HD and other options. I want to know if anything major is wrong or not
