Windows 7: Random different BSODs

Hi I'm new to the forums and I'm here to try and get a fix for some BSODs I have been getting especially dxgmms1.sys.

The system is custom made and less than 3 months old. I've included a dxdiag file for my system specs too. I sent the PC back to the shop for testing for 1 week and they said nothing was wrong. Also, I've upped the DRAM voltage settings in the BIOS from the default to 1.8v, reading from a few sources that it might help with the problem.

The obvious question to ask the shop is..."If nothing's wrong, why am I getting BSOD's?"
The memory dumps are dated and should show them that there are problems. You have 41 memory dumps dating between 16 Mar 2011 (10:33 AM) and 05 Jun 2011. Windows was installed on 15 Mar 2011 (at 3:57:05 PM) - so the BSOD's were occurring nearly from the start.

FWIW - the memory dumps will take a while to run, so I'll post their info back later...
MSINFO32 shows 3dMark (a benchmarking utility) crashing around 9:30 AM on 16 Mar 2011 - so someone had to be aware of the problem at that point.

Older versions of Garena for WoW have had BSOD issues (I recall this from about 6 months ago) - please ensure that you have the latest version installed.

Daemon Tools has issues with some Windows 7 installations due to the presence of the sptd.sys driver. Please uninstall Daemon Tools and use this free utility to make sure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is properly removed: DuplexSecure - FAQ - Remove 64 bit sptd.sys

Looks like a hardware problem - but it can also be a compatibility or lower level driver issue.

OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.

The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

I've updated a couple of drivers but those that goes by windows update is already the latest. I just checked nVidia and they released a driver 4 days ago so I'll get to that. Memtestx84 has been running for the past 6hours and just finished Pass 5 with a reported 7424 errors. I supposed it is RAM related from this? Or more testing on other parts need to be done?

Edit : On Pass 6 at 85% the number of errors jumped to 19200

Jump to Step 6 in the Memory diagnostics and figure out which stick(s) and/or slot(s) are bad.
Memory Diagnostics
No need to work on anything else until the memory problem is fixed.
FWIW - at work we replace all memory that shows any errors at all.

I don't have experience in the hardware area so I'll be sending the rig to the shop again in a couple of days. I'll probably direct them to the findings from the memtestx86 and ask them to test it out there themselves. I believe when they told me nothing was wrong the other time was because they told me they used the default memtest in Windows 7. I'll keep here updated when the rig is back. Thanks!
