BSOD OS reinstalled - zip included

I started to get BSOD a couple of weeks ago. I tried system restore to a week or so before they started, and it didn't help. All my files were backed up and I wanted to clear some space, so I did a full sysyem recovery from the partition. BSOD still came every other day or so. Since I had no files to worry about, I tried another full system recovery from the disks I created when I bought my laptop. (HP Pavilion - Win7 home prem - about 1 yr old) That was about 12 hours ago, and two BSOD since then. I ran windows update after this last recovery, that was only change. Zip files are attached. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Your network driver NETw5s64.sys. Re-install with the newest available.
