[Jelp Me] Missing api-ms-win-core-path=|1-1-0.dll

my computer error, it says missing api-ms-win-core-path-|1-1-0.dll so my desktop be blackscreen and no picture at all

I've tried to find info on google, but no results.

I hope this diforum able to cure an error on my computer. Thank you ...

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker in safemode if possible. If not get a Windows 7 DVD and enter System Recovery, from the command run SFC from there
