Random BSOD's and no idea what it can be^^

Hello my friends. First i want to say that im from germany. Please forgive my bad english.

I got random bsod's until one month and believe me i tested nearly everything.
I changed my ram and my grafikcard and nothing happens. 1 week ago i reinstalled win 7 and nothing happens. Sometimes bsod happens in games, sometimes at startup, today i want to open firefox and i got an bsod. Sometimes its running one week without problems. Yesterday i got 2 bsod's in 2 hours. I tried latest drivers for sound and grafik but the bsod keeps going. By the way i also tried sp1.

Every help would be great. Thanks!!!

Please provide this info for a more accurate evaluation: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Although there are only 4 memory dumps, I believe that they are starting to show a pattern of hardware failure. This can also be due to compatibility issues (hardware or software), malware, or low-level drivers.

Please ensure that you have all available Windows Updates.

    H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)
OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    - Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
    - Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
    - DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
    - Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
    - Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers:
