BSOD need help please

The operating system I am using is a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.
I have recently re-installed Windows 7 probably from 4 to 5 weeks ago.
The age of the hardware is probably about 1 to 1 1/2 years old.

The CPU I have is an AMD 550 Phenom II x2.
The ram i use is 4 gb 1333 mhz G.skill.
power supply is a 600 watts efficient power supply.
motherboard is a m4A785T-m asus motherboard.
The video card i have is a ATi HIS 5770.

I have recently in the past few days to 2 weeks updated my video drivers to 11.5 and have updated my bios because i thought that would fix my bsod problem but it didn't. i updated to 11.5 to hopefully solve my problem of playing the witcher 2. it crashed on me once when playing the witcher 2. my computer crashed(BSOD) on me several times in the past few days while i was browsing the internet probably watching videos, searching on google, and etc; as well as it crashed on me when i was using winamp(once), witcher2(once).

I don't know what is wrong with it but i got the 19. 4a. and a few other as an error code. only difference is the last 2 digits/letters but it would say 0x00000?? as an error. i haven't installed any new hardware on my computer.

I would have posted a heatlh system report but i can't access my computer right now. It gave me a 0x00000019 bug check and then it crashed again while i was playing minecraft and watching a live stream at the same time. This time it gave me a 0x0000004a.

it would really help if someone can explain to me what i need to do.
i have removed my wireless pci card and uninstalled daemon tools lite, and put the memory in different slots hoping it might be that but its not.

Your last crash was caused by your VMWare Virtual Network Driver. I would remove any VM software for the time being.

A known BSOD maker in Windows 7. The 2005 version of this driver is known to cause BSOD on Windows 7 systems.
Download the ATK0110 utility from here - ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE.
After you install it browse to C:\windows\system32\drivers and check the properties of ASACPI.sys and make sure it now says 2009.

Please run these tests and report back the results
1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+

3. Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

I ran the memtest and saw no errors. I ran the seatools and saw no errors. The only weird thing I saw was that it listed my hard drive twice, which was weird. I only have one hard drive. I was not able to run the prime95 test because I could not download it (probably thier sever because I could not download it on other computers, it would download but eventually cancel.).

I would have posted a new bsod report but I can't access my computer because its being weird. it crashed on me while i was in safe mode while i was running that one bsod dump client. it would run a weird cycle like its trying to boot but can't, it did this a few times before but i would always shut it down. Then wait a few hours and go back on until it crashes on me.

SeaTools always shows two drives for some reason so that's not an issue with your PC.

Are you able to get back on? If you can, instead of uploading a report, just go to C:\Windows\minidump and copy the files there to your desktop and zip them and upload them here.

As of right now, anytime I go on my compute it either freezes on me or restarts in an endless loop. Last time I managed to get into my computer was when I was in safe mode and was zipping up those files you told me to but it froze on me and restarted without any warning(no bug check, nothing at all.).

At this point I don't really know what i can do, i spent well over $600-700 on my custom built rig. It really sucks that this happens considering i spent most of my money I save up on this computer and didn't spend my money on anything else. Now I guess i have to once again spent more money on my computer than I wanted to. If anyone can give me any ideas what i can do now would be really hopefully because I have most of my work on my hard drive on my custom built computer.

The only reason I am able to type on the forum is because I am using my very old crappy linux machine made in about 2001.

Here are the files from my recent minidumps. I removed my video card but I still got a BSOD, however I am logged into my main computer now. I have a feeling there might be something wrong with the hard drive or motherboard.

Got a couple different errors here. Something strange I noticed is that one of your crashes was due to your ATI drivers and then the crashes proceeding it didn't show your ati drivers loaded. You may have an issue with your video card, windows installation, or motherboard. Have you tried a system restore? Also, I see that your VM is still installed. Are you able to remove it?

I have tried a system restore at one point. I could not uninstalled the virutal pc update for some reason it would not let me. Anyway I'm gonig to try to RMA my motherboard. If i can't then I guess I won't be buying any ASUS motherboards and tell most of my friends the problems :P

just to say that you're not alone.
i have similar hardware, with msi mb, and while playing witch2 i have random bsod-s, but after that - hell..
like ghost in machine, computer is totaly unstable, random bsod-s all of time, every test i've made show that hardware is fine, no overheating, memtest fine, disks ok, no viruses, rootkits, nothing, safe mode same thing, in most of cases i cant even start comp in safe mode.. i had similar problems with da

rigins with awakening installed..
then to be able to start it normally i must disconnect power cord and empty capacitors on mb (hit or hold a while power button few times), after that in windows clean prefetch data and teporary stuff with ccleaner, restart and in 90% of cases he is back and working fine.. i dont know if this is coincidence but my computer works with other games, and sometimes it is powered on for few days, and it is stable with no errors.. and, well, i DO have virtualbox installed, what with that, just to uninstall?
