Your BSODs seem to be caused by this driver
    ulsata2.sys
Update the driver or uninstall the software.
    Ulsata2.sys file descriptio
    nProductname:Promise SATAII150 Series Driver
    Description:Promise SATAII150 Series Windows Drivers
    Company:Promise Technology, Inc.

If using a RAID array it would be best to discontinue.

    thx richard,

that last BSOD was just the very last one of a series of blue screens - most of them happened unattended ... my computer runs nearly 24/7 and has been rock stable 5.5 months till about 10 days ago ...

the ulsata error might reflect the fact that i switched off the 2 bays for esata hdds so there is no hardware connected to the conroler ... i had several scsiport.sys, ntoskrnl.exe and some luafv.sys triggered BSsOD

there is an interupt (timing) warning message in the perfmon report that might have something to do with it ...

if you have any use for it i could too try to save and post nirsofts bluescreen view file

    cheers - Alex

What I suggest is to follow my instructions. If you get additional BSODs we can go from there. Good luck
