consistent BSOD. Win7 Ultimate 32 bit

I consistently get these BSOD, when i am playing games, browsing internet or any other activities..I've switched onto new motherboard it's from American Megatrends..my previous motherboard haven't raised BSOD in its lifetime ..
I don't know where the fault lies..i even tried win xp..but this same error persists..

Please help me about this thing.. i really have some important work and i need my PC badly..
