Sudden BSOD when Idle

I didn't know it just suddenly happened last time. I was eating breakfast, but then when I came back to my room, the BSOD appeared suddenly.

After restarting my computer. There's a solution window that appeared.

Here:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000008e
BCP1: C0000005
BCP2: 82D5D795
BCP3: 9F348AE4
BCP4: 00000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\060811-21824-01.dmp
C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-56909-0.sysdata.xml

That "Files that help describe the problem"
Do I have to delete these files so it will solve the problem without causing BSOD while being idle in anytime? Because I don't want that to happen.

Please, reply.
