BSOD 124 while surfing the web

Hello.

I get this BSOD occasionally while surfing the web. (usually youtubing or social network)

I never get BSOD while playing game.

I accidentally opened dmp file with notepad, and that kinda screwed for me atm. Don't know how to change it back, but here's the results for all those checking.

My system is...

-Windows 7 Professional x64

-Windows 7 Home Premium x32

-I got this through Amazon so I believe this is a full-retail

-1 year old

-1 year old-no I have not re-installed OS

for more spec information, see this Amazon.com: ASUS N61JQ-X1 16-Inch Versatile Entertainment Laptop (Dark Brown): Computer & Accessories

Nothing has been changed except upgrading to Windows 7 Professional.

I rarely get this BSOD. Sometimes once a week or two, or even a month. On the other hand, my brother, who bought exactly same machine and upgraded it to Windows 7 Ultimate, never got this error; though he's not using his laptop for gaming purpose at all.

Just letting you know, my anti-virus is avast free version atm. I saw red flag while reading that health report and thought could be helpful to tell you guys.
