    Computer keeps crashing


    My computer keeps crashing every 10- 15 mins. I can't get my antivirus program to scan because it crashes the computer. Please help.

    I'll try to put more information if i can because my computer freezes on start up now. I believe the problem my computer has is a trojan dropper/win 32 but I dont know how to remove it.

    Thank you so much. Also after the software finished, my keyboard and mouse drivers were damaged and they dont work.
